    Congratulations on a well conducted and followed up study which will be much appreciated and followed by the nephrologists in future.

    I have been using the protocol for my patients with membranous nephropathy. My only query is why not give steroids for 1-3 months and cyclophophamde on 4-6 months? sometimes the schedule can be bit confusing for the patient and the treating nephrologist ! Is there a scientific rationale for the specific alternate months protocol?
