Case Report, Hemodialysis: Atypical clinical presentation of H1N1 influenza in a dialysis patient

This case describes an atypical clinical presentation of H1N1 in a dialysis patient which was mistaken for volume overload. The importance of H1N1 as a public health threat in the hemodialysis population and dosing of antivirial agents are also discussed.
