Pharmacist-Physician Comanagement of Hypertension and Reduction in 24-Hour Ambulatory Blood Pressures

This prospective, cluster-randomized, controlled clinical trial examined the impact of pharmacist-primary care physician collaborative management of hypertension.  Patients receiving the intervention achieved greater reduction in 24-hour BP and a high rate of BP control.
