Randomized, Controlled Trial of Prednisone, Cyclophosphamide, and Cyclosporine in Lupus Membranous Nephropathy.
This study randomized patients with lupus membranous nephropathy to prednisone, cyclophosphamide or cyclosporine. Regimens containing cyclosporine or cyclophosphamide were each more effective than prednisone alone in inducing remission of proteinuria among such patients.
